Casual Clean ® is a highly concentrated multipurpose cleaner / degreaser formulated for the care and maintenance of outdoor furniture and related products.
Routine cleaning with Casual Clean ® and water will help enhance the appearance and extend the life of your patio furniture, cushions and umbrellas.
Use full strength Casual Clean ® to attack sun-baked dirt and mildew stains. Dilute with water for less difficult cleaning jobs.
Vinyl Strap Furniture - Hose down piece to be cleaned. Spray on or apply full strength Casual Clean ® to surface. Scrub using nylon brush or cloth. Rinse thoroughly.
Resin Furniture - Hose down. Spray on or apply full strength Casual Clean ® to surface. Rub with damp sponge or brush. Rinse thoroughly.
Vinyl Cushions, Slings & Umbrellas - Hose down. Dilute 1 part Casual Clean ® to 5 parts water. Scrub using nylon brush. Rinse thoroughly. Leave in sun to dry.
Fabric Cushions & Umbrellas - Dilute 1 part Casual Clean ® to 10 parts water. Test for colorfastness on small section of fabric before cleaning entire piece. Hose down fabric. Scrub using nylon brush. Rinse thoroughly. Leave in sun to dry.
Other Uses - For general maintenance on floors, shower tile, concrete and terrazzo. Removes floor wax build up and rubber tire marks. Casual Clean ® degreases Bar-B-Q grills, kitchen ovens, and air filters.
Step Two: Removing End Caps
Carefully remove end caps with a flat heat screw driver.
If you break one, (they may be brittle) we can send some to you.
Most end caps come in white and black.
Step Three: Removing Old Sling
Cut old sling to remove from frame.
Loosen fabric by bending backward, may make a cracking sound.
Loosen fabric by bending back, be sure to lubricate
the area where the sling is inserted into the track.
Lubricate slings at rail to make them easier to remove.
Let your lubrication set for a few minutes.
You may need to use a flat head screw driver and stick it
between the fabric and rail to further help loosen your old sling
material from the frame.
Use your pliers to help pull the old sling out of the track.
Remember lubrication is the key to success
This frame is 44 1/2″ long.
Measure the width from inside the track on one side
of the chair to inside the track on the other side of the
chair where the side rails are bolted to the frame.
This chairs width is 20″.
Installing sling. Feed in sling from the top and pull to the bottom.
For beginners two people makes the job easier.
Step Six: The Side Rails
Remove the side rail from the frame side that
you have installed the sling on.
Remove tension bars from the chair.
Step Seven: Installing Final Side of the New Sling
Insert the other side of the sling in the track.
Pulling sling down the track.
Use your pliers to bring sling to the end.
Insert the bolt on the bottom of the chair.
Step Eight: Tension Bar:
Sling fabric will have to be stretched to install tension bars.
